It is a compact roster that realizes delicate roasting technology with professional design and compact size.
Strengthened hot air function using gas heat source enhances the unique flavor of the coffee.
Semi-hot air roaster
A rich flavor is achieved by the roasting method using stable radiant heat and hot air. Compared to a direct type drum, heat transfer is uniform, so even if you are new to roasting, you can get good results, and because of the abundant hot air, you can roast the inside of the bean.
Maximizing thermal efficiency
The rich hot air function and the strengthened heat-resistant structure make roasting time possible in 8-10 minutes.
Rapid cooling system
Rapid cooling after roasting is an important factor in preserving flavor and aroma. Proastar adopts blower of strong power, and cooling is completed within 2 minutes.
Fire safety system
The safety system design cuts off the heater if the temperature reaches the setting temperature ( 250℃ / 482℉) for safety. And turn on and off automatically.
